Our InnerSelf welcomes your inner self.
The expression about finding oneself between "a rock and a hard place" is one we've probably all identified with at some time in our life, and probably more so in the past few years. Some paths seem confusing, with our not being clear as to which one is the "path with heart".
When we are confused as to the next step, that's when we need to stop and take the time to connect (re-connect) with our self... with our heart. Whether we are dealing with a business problem, health challenge, personal relationship issue... the answer is always found by taking some quiet calm time to get centered and get in touch with our own true nature... our heart.
